Ordered cell phones from Cingular, shipped D.S.L. Express (2to3 Days), after calling everybody and thier dog about where phones were, got tracking # and found out delivery was tryed twice, wrong address. EZ 2 find address, on main road. Will get phones after 6 day wait! HOPEFULLY? Not happy...
DSL says: Err...sorry, you have the wrong company. We sell broadband hardware, we're not a courier company.

the field for billing address says no post office boxes but because I live in the country this is the only sensible billing address. The card validation failed on my first attempt am I was very carefull keying the data. Worked on second attempt.

Generally good.
There was a pause that went for something like a minute after picking Continue to Checkout during which time I wondered if the system had locked up.
The other thing is that maybe there should be a box to check if a Tax Invoice is needed rather than having to send an e-mail.
If all goes well I may order more as I do VoIP recommendations and installations for clients.

Site layout is easy to navigate and informative enough to make comfortable informed choices.
First half of the transaction (ordering and payment) went smoothly with no effort.
Waiting on second half of the transaction (receipt of goods) - no reason to assume ther will be any problems.
